PROFILE
I'm a human-centred design engineer at Cerca Magnetics Ltd., helping to create a new wearable brain scanner from the same research group that invented the MRI scanner.
I design to fulfil the social wants and needs of the user, in relation to what is practically needed in a product. This is best exemplified with attaining the 1st Prize Award in the 2014 Engineers Without Borders competition, against the top engineering Universities in the U.K. and winning the 'Best Cost- Effective Design' Award for the 2014 Tongji University Upcycling Competition / Exhibition.

After graduating with a first class honours from Nottingham Trent University, I attained a scholarship to study an MSc in Smart Design with PepsiCo, graduating with a distinction. This involved the application of a low- cost machine vision system, which fulfilled the brief set by the company.
Before this, I worked as a hardware interface design researcher, working alongside the medical device manufacturer B.Braun Ltd. I also worked as a Design Engineer at Kindeva Drug Delivery/ 3M Drug Delivery Division, working on late stage product delivery and research conceptual design.
